Lucy Smiles – Born Anxious

Lucy’s name means ‘bringer of light’, and she’s been shining hers brightly since the day she was born! She’s a genetic one-off, and although that’s meant she’s had to face lots of medical challenges and therapy since she was a baby, she always bounces back, and her smile never fades.

Lucy loves playing music and has been a recording vocalist with musicians and artists. She also loves swimming, going to the beach, eating cake (especially chocolate), and dressing up. This is why having her clothing range with Born Anxious is high on her list of ‘special’ moments.

Lucy worked with her mum and dad, choosing colours for t-shirts and hoodies, and they used words that describe how Lucy made them feel. This exceptional range is a celebration of joy, a fun collection of clothes designed to bring a smile to your face. With a vibrant 70’s vibe, inspired by the colours Lucy’s parents wore in their youth, the range is a burst of brightness and happiness, much like wearing a ray of sunshine, which is what Lucy is.

Our Collaboration with Demelza
